Refunds and Returns
We do our best to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, but if something isn't right, here is how we handle it:
Change-of-mind returns
If you change your mind about a standard purchase, you may return it in its original packaging within 10 business days of delivery. Because there is no legal requirement for refunds for 'change of mind', shipping costs for these returns are at your own expense. Once we inspect the item and are satisfied it is in good condition, we will issue a full refund or store credit.
Defective or faulty goods
All our items come with an implied warranty of quality for six months. If your purchase is defective, unsafe, or fails to meet reasonable standards within 6 months of delivery, you are entitled to your choice of:
- a full refund
- a replacement
- repair
We will cover the shipping costs for returning defective items. This warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear or damage caused by misuse.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for any items that have been custom-made, personalised or altered at your request, unless there is a material manufacturing defect.
